ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a driven and versatile Junior Agent/Booker to support our agents, artists, and their management. Together with a passionate team, you will work on the sales side of the booking process, where no day is the same.
From assessing the market, contacting clients, drafting and sending contracts, to checking artwork and handling changes, you will be involved in everything. You will be responsible not only for managing the schedules of our artists but also for supporting our agents in various areas.
What does your week look like? Together with the team, you will be involved in:
- Administratively handling and processing bookings
- Creating, managing, and sending contracts, specifications, and deal memos
- Recording appointments and keeping systems up to date
- Checking all artwork, set times, line-up, and making changes
- Handling incoming email and phone traffic
- Filling and updating the databases
- Supporting the agents broadly
- Preparing and generating internal reports
This is who you are
- Approximately 2 years of work experience
- Sales experience - a plus
- Structured and precise
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Motivated to organize processes efficiently and keep data up to date
- A hands-on mentality
